Maintenance Contracts

Whether you are already a Cre8tive Space design and build customer or not we offer a full service maintenance, support and business continuity support provision.  We can put together a support package for planned maintenance, reactive maintenance of service agreements to help you better support your facility.

 

We provide all design and build customers with a proposal to maintain and service installed equipment including:  fire alarms, security systems, CCTV, access control, air conditioning, HVAC systems, fire suppression, emergency lighting and more.  This enables us to continue to support our customer throughout the project life cycle and also maintains warranties on installed equipment and technology.

 

Whether it is under a formal framework agreement or as an annual contract with agreed rates schedules, we are able to provide reactive maintenance to aid in the day to day running of any premises.  Facilities management and Office Management are time consuming operations, with our support much of the ‘pain’ can be taken away and solutions provided to ensure the smooth running of your facility.

 

Service Agreements or Facilities agreements can also be provided. Before embarking on any type of service agreement a thorough survey of the property asset to be serviced will be undertaken.  We can then agree what aspects of the facility management needs to be incorporated into the agreement.  An integrated FM solution can include internal and external cleaning, pest control, grounds maintenance and winterisation services, plumbing, electrical, fabric services and much more.
